The Tannery, Holt, shortlisted for the Residential Project of the Year (36 homes and over) award

We are delighted to have been shortlisted in 3 categories for the Michelmores Property Awards. The awards celebrate the best property, development and construction projects in the South West. across 11 categories The Awards, which have been running for 21 years, place social, environmental, sustainable and economic values at the heart of it’s judging criteria alongside a project’s aesthetics and purpose. The categories we have been shortlisted for are:

• Masterplanning for the Future - Yatesbury airfield

• Residential Project of the Year (35 homes and under) - Sladebrook Road

• Residential Project of the Year (36 homes and over) - The Tannery, Holt

Head of Property at Michelmores said of the shortlisted projects:
