The Tannery shortlisted for Brick Awards

We’re delighted to see The Tannery housing development shortlisted for the Brick Awards. The awards celebrate the world’s greatest brick architecture and craftsmanship and we were pleased to have our work recognised in the Medium Housing Development category. The Tannery is a housing development of a underused site in Holt, Wiltshire for 45 new houses ranging from 1-4 bed dwellings. The judges said “This project is an excellent example of the versatility of clay brick as a building material, enabling old and new, industrial and domestic to seamlessly blend and enhance our built environments…..The clay brick resonates with the crafted nature of the buildings in the area and with the approach to the design.”
