Kris Eley collecting Brick Award for best Medium Residential Development

Mitchell Eley Gould are delighted to have been awarded a prestigious Brick Award in the category of best Medium Residential Development. The Brick Awards Celebrate the world’s greatest brick architecture and craftsmanship. Winners are selected from hundreds of projects in 18 categories positioning the Brick Awards as one of the world’s most reputable design and build competitions.

The award was given for The Tannery, 44 New 1-4 bed dwellings in Holt, Wiltshire. The scheme was designed to be both sensitive to the historic setting, whilst clearly contemporary through style and materials. The Judges comments were:

“A really thought-provoking development that is so successful with the homeowners and why not. Everything about this scheme exudes intelligence and links to the brief”
