Holt Bus Shelter

Holt, Wiltshire

The new bus shelter in the centre of Holt is located at a key junction where footpaths and key infrastructure meet. The proposal has been uniquely crafted in terms of design, structure and construction to reflect the heritage of the village, its site and situation. Designed as a light weight structure and constructed from douglas fur timber members, a stone plinth for seating and clad in metal work to reflect the town’s industrial heritage.

This bus shelter was delivered as part of the mixed use development at the Tannery which includes the conversion of The Tannery into 100 workspace units and delivery of 44 homes.
