Branksea Avenue

Branksea Avenue is a self-build scheme in Dorset where the Craig family have enjoyed our collaborative approach to designing the family home. The scheme evolved into a replacement of an existing bungalow with a modern design for an articulated slate clad house that has an intimate relationship to the family garden spaces. The design developed to respond carefully to the needs of their growing family and took care to achieve a budget target to make sure that they could complete the build successfully. The scheme is currently under construction and will have the family under its roof in 2017.
