LABC 2024 Best Small New Housing Development and Construction Specialist of the Year

Camden Road housing development in Bath and Jake Richardson, Senior Architect and Passivhaus Designer at Mitchell Eley Gould, have been awarded further accolades at the regional Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Awards 2024. The awards celebrate the best construction projects in the West of England working alongside the local authority. As such they recognise both high quality design as well as construction on site and collaboration with the design, construction and client team. The winners of the regional awards go onto the shortlist for the national awards with the winners announced in January.

Camden Road has previously won the award for Best Residential development at the Bath Property Awards. Jake has also this year collected the award for Rising Star at the same awards.
