New home completed in Bath Green Belt

We are very pleased to share the first finished photos of a new sustainable private house in Bath designed and overseen on site by Mitchell Eley Gould. We have worked closely with the client and contractors to create this very special place for dwelling and retreat.   The new house is located in northern Green Belt and overlooks the UNESCO World Heritage site of Bath. Suspended over the landscape the floating building allows the landscape to flow effortlessly beneath providing additional ecology and drainage areas. Designed to be highly energy efficient, the building achieves an EPC A rating, with annual running costs reported at £77.34 a year.
