The Tannery - Beaven House.  The renovation of this Grade II* listed building has required a thorough understanding of the building fabric, context, structure and previous tannery uses.  This knowledge has enabled the identification of critical areas that require sensitive repair. The thorough restoration program put in place for this building has allowed for the delivery of a variety of new flexible employment spaces.  Delivered as part of the redevelopment of the Tannery site in Holt, the design ambition has been to uncover and reveal the original historic fabric, providing new inserts such as stairs, floors, insulation, electrics, heating and windows to create sustainable improvements alongside a re-use strategy for this unique asset.
